PREP: 15 minutes   COOK: 20 minutes   MAKES: 18 Sliders



  1. Place egg in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Place flour in a bowl. Place breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  2. Dredge shrimp in flour, then dip in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Shallow fry in oil 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Spread butter on the insides of the buns and griddle to a golden brown.
  5. Mix mayo and creole seasoning.
  6. Spread 1/2 tsp. or Creole aioli on both the inside of the top and bottom buns.
  7. Place 2 fried shrimp on the bottom bun and top with 1/8 cup shredded lettuce, and 1 slice of tomato.
