Recipe courtesy Guy Fieri Yield: 24 sliders   Prep Time: 30 minutes   Cook Time: 30 minutes

  1. For marinara sauce: Place onions and garlic in a large pan over medium heat with 1/4 cup butter and olive oil. Cook while stirring for 18 - 20 minutes until onions are well caramelized and soft. Add tomato sauce and stir. While stirring add rosemary, basil, and oregano. Allow sauce to bubble. Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Preheat oil in a griddle pan over medium heat. Remove KING'S HAWAIIAN® Original Sweet Rolls from package keeping the loaf intact. Using a long bread knife, carefully slice the entire loaf open to create a top and bottom section. Make sure to keep the rolls stuck together in a sheet.
  3. Brush the inside of rolls with melted butter. Place the buttered side down on the griddle and toast until golden brown. While toasting, use the remaining melted butter to brush the outside. Use a large spatula to flip and slightly toast the outside of the rolls.
  4. Remove the toasted rolls from the griddle and spread the marinara on the bottom portion of rolls.
  5. Layer cheese and pears. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Rull up or fold the slices of ham and place over the pears. Drizzle a fine zigzag of balsamic glaze.
  7. Place top rolls, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with bacon.
  8. Place the entire sandwich in the oven on a sheet pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for 6 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
