PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the crab cake ingredients. Mix ingredients until well combined. Shape the meat mixture into small slider patties and set aside.
  2. Drizzle about 1 1/2 Tbsp. of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes, in batches, in the pan and fry until browned (about 4-5 minutes per side). Carefully flip the crab cakes and fry the other side until golden brown, another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Place slider patties on rolls. Top with mayo and lettuce and serve.
